Makrigialos is a quiet, relaxing beach resort on the south-eastern coast of Crete, and here at Villea Village you'll find the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with sunshine and swimming, culture, fun and plenty of entertainment.
Villea Village is built in traditional whitewashed Greek style and the two-storey buildings enclose a verdant and tranquil central garden with a large swimming pool.
Please be advised that Villea Village is closed every year from November through to April.

The resort is situated in the friendly village of Makrigialos and within walking distance you will find numerous shops and restaurants.Makrigialos, literally translated means long shore. The main beach is about 50 metres from Villea and is gently shelving and sandy. Nearby there are beaches with rocky headlands, which are great for snorkelling and spear fishing. There are also deserted beaches that can be reached with a little scrambling!!!
If you are looking for a village atmosphere and a safe environment then this is the place, as you can walk down the beach at night and relax in a friendly atmosphere everywhere you go.
